For the second year in succession, the Cambridge based SOLIDWORKS Reseller, Innova Systems, has been recognised by the SOLIDWORKS Corporation for achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction in Northern Europe.
The company received the award at the annual SOLIDWORKS World Conference held in Dallas, Texas during the annual gathering of some 5,500 customers, Resellers and Partners.
The annual SOLIDWORKS Customer Satisfaction Survey is conducted each year where customers are asked to provide feedback about their experiences of working with SOLIDWORKS software and their training and support with Innova Systems.
